Hikuri Ceremony
The sacred Hikuri ceremony, also known as peyote, revives one of the most important pre-Hispanic traditions of the Wixárika culture in Mexico. It allows us to connect with the great spirit of the deer, whose blood is represented in a species of cactus endemic to the Mexican desert.
This medicine is shared in a ritualistic circle where a guide representing this culture accompanies us with ancestral chants as we embark on the deepest journey of our consciousness.
The experience with Hikuri is considered a spiritual journey and a way of communion with the sacred.
Temazcal Ceremony
The Temazcal is an ancestral medicine that combines the four elements to help us sweat and purify and heal our body, mind, emotions, and spirit. It represents the womb of Mother Earth, a space where we enter to liberate ourselves from what we no longer need and be reborn in a lighter version.
In this circle, with the guidance of a Temazcal guide, we embark on an introspective journey supported by songs and medicinal plants that will pave the way for a transformative experience.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is a holistic practice that utilizes the power of sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is based on the belief that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is in a constant state of vibration. When these vibrations become imbalanced or disrupted, it can lead to various forms of illness and disharmony.
Cacao Ceremony
The cacao ceremony is an indigenous tradition that honors cocoa as a sacred plant.
During the cacao ceremony, cacao is considered a gift from the gods, and gratitude is given for its nourishing and spiritual properties.
In this circle, we accompany ourselves with songs and eloquent words, sharing cacaoto immerse ourselves in opening the heart and allowing this subtle medicine to envelop us, just as our ancestors did.
Breathwork Ceremony
Breathwork in spiritual retreat ceremonies is a powerful practice that involves various breathing techniques to enhance awareness, promote relaxation, and facilitate emotional release.

- Meditation, breathing exercises + sound healing.
- Breakfast.
- Temazcal cleansing with feathers and copal (fruits and teas after Temazcal).
- Lunch.
- Cacao ceremony with live music and dancers. Dinner will be light so you can rest well.
Nov. 16, 2024
- Meditation, preparation for the hikuri ceremony.
- Breakfast
free time to rest. - Departure for guided tour of Tulum ruins.
- Detailed explanation of what will happen in the ceremony, how the medicine works within oneself, more in-depth details on setting intentions, making requests, and the rules during the ceremony.

Rest as long as you like (massages will be given throughout the day).
